“Superb”
staff and the support they gave me and the cat was to cute

Friendly staff, great location, great design (with a small interior garden, kitchen, living room). The rooms had enough space and the common places were clean. There are some useful "free/shared food" boxes and common fridge. The hostel is also well prepared for people with disabilities. Best of all, the hostel has its own cute cat :)

The staff were very friendly and welcoming. You have a code to access the hostel and room so you can come and go any time. I was only here for one night so didn't get a chance to explore any of the other facilities. The location is good. Around a 20 minute walk into the centre of Verona and the main attractions. I went in August and visited the arena for the opera season. I would definitely recommend an opera visit. I was in a female dorm. The room was large. Space for 6 beds and still lots of room (bunk beds) towel is also included,. The room had two bathrooms with a shower in both.
