Great location and friendly, helpful staff. Ivano was a pleasure to deal with and very helpful with restaurant recommendations and helping us park our large car in his very tight garage! Apartment was warm and light.

Beautiful view of the Ponte Pietra from my room. The breakfast was super and Ivano makes a fruit salad which is a work of art - containing about 10 different types of fruit. He was so lovely, really kind and thoughtful - sorted the ZTL for my car without me having to ask. Every need preempted and such a lovely, friendly, kind chap.

Great location, beautiful historic building, spacious room with a view of the historic bridge. Very warm welcome and advice from our host Ivano. Fantastic breakfast delivered to our room. We only had one night and it was perfect.

Olga told me the building was from the 14th Century. Imagine that, staying in such a luxurious and atmospheric place in Verona. The Veronese and Italian people have contributed so much to Western culture and this hotel captures all this in a single place at a price that never really applied in any former time of this buildings long life. It is great value for a special piece of history. The owners have done a splendid job in modernising the facilities tastefully and effectively. Verona was badly mauled in WW2, with all the bridges being blown up but what we see is as if it never happened.

Property was located perfectly for views of Ponte Pietra and walking distance to city shops & arena. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was beautiful and very clean. Breakfast was wonderful with fresh fruit and pastries.
