Good location close to the centre of town, and an easy walk to all the attractions. Very friendly staff who upon arrival showed us the main attractions and how to get there. We arrived prior to check in time and was advised the room was already so we checked in early. When departing we left the luggage while exploring Verona prior to heading off he the train station which was about 10-12 minutes walk.

Everything! -Nice, beautiful and big room. All clean. -Air conditioning working perfect and despite “the card was not in”, which was perfect considering the warm that can be the smmer. -Diverse and very good breakfast buffet. -Reception both were very friendly and clear with instructions, even help us with map and “principal attractions”. -Quality vs price very good paid. -There is an Spa facility -Good location from Train station and city center. -Quiet location.

Good location - within walking distance of most attractions. It is convenient to drive up by car. Paid parking was provided on request near the hotel. Friendly staff. The internet worked well. Not very varied but good breakfast.

Somewhat 'quirky' layout but, this added to the character. The location was perfect. The staff were exceptional (especially the very polite young man who showed us to the nearby garage)

Location was excellent - close to train station and walking distance to city centre. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean and with plenty of character.

Rooms were great, nice bathroom, staff all very friendly and gave great suggestions for eating out and helping book restaurants, location close to trains and city centre, we also got an upgrade to a room with balcony which was amazing!

The hotel is so gorgeous quaint cosy and clean. Breakfast was plentiful and staff were amazing
