Alberto met us at the property, showed us all the amenities and handed over two key cards. The mini bar prices were exceptional reasonable although we didn't use any! The location is very close to the arena, in a street that is very well lit and has several restaurants. Our room was quiet despite the ambient noise from the street below, so we slept well! The lack of a lift may be bothersome for some but it wasn't a problem getting our luggage up the stairs.

This is an exceptional property; we were met with a warm welcome and were blown away by the perfect location and high standard of the accommodation. Every need catered for including maps of the city, recommendations of places to eat and visit. The cleanliness of the property was flawless, clean quality linens and a spotless shining kitchen.

If you are going to watch an opera at the Verona Arena, the location cannot be more perfect. I even managed to go back to use the toilet during the 20mins break instead of queuing for the venue toilets. Even if you are not going to the opera, the location is still very central, right next to the shopping street, in the thick of things. Alberto also thoughtfully put together a list of places to see and eat. I really liked that and went back to one of his recommended restaurant quite a few time. It was that good.
