Was a great location , in the older centre close to restaurants , shops and lots to see . Great staff that went out of there way to help overseas travellers

Hotel staff were friendly and very helpful. Great location to visit all the main points of interest, but quiet in the hotel ( in March anyway) . Breakfast was varied, plenty of choice. Room was a good size and clean and comfortable.

This hotel is a little gem. It is olde world and very charming. The staff is welcoming, cheerful and helpful. The room itself was clean, comfortable and very cute. The location is fantastic, just behind Piazza Bra and the Arena. There are some wonderful eateries close by, one very typical and authentic one recommended by the girl in reception. The hotel is conveniently located near the bus stop. We arrived by train and the hotel sent very clear, specific instructions how to get to the hotel. It made it so easy. If you like small, charming and good old-fashioned service, this is a lovely hotel for you.

Super kind host! The location is perfectly central.. just 1 minute away from Arena. There are many parking around and they will give you all necessary instructions .

We loved the atmosphere of the hotel, the breakfast was perfect. Exceeded my expectations in catering for my gluten free diet. The staff were always happy and helpful especially the lovely lady at breakfast.
