The location was excellent, close to tourist sites and restaurants. The staff were friendly and very helpful.The breakfast was really good and the lady serving was excellent, so obliging and happy. There is a lift, which made it so much easy to take our luggage up to our room . It is an older establishment,so the bathrooms and rooms were small and outdated but everything was spotlessly clean.You are out most of the time so this was not an issue. The cost was very reasonable , particularly as breakfast was included.

Good italian breakfast (mostly sweet pastries but also egg yoghurt and bread available). Friendly staff and good reception. Good windows to noisy street. Comfortable walking distance from station and Arena.

Fairly quiet location, basic, low key. 15min mostly flat walk from train station, 5-10min walk to old quarter. Very nice morning staff, indifferent not very helpful afternoon staff. Lift handy(one step at front of hotel to get to lift level). Internet is slow for sending whatsapp images for example. Small room and bathroom. Powerpoint for charging at wall opposite foot of bed. One working bedside wall light, bedside lamp unpluggable. Clean room and sheets, rips in bedspread. Hard but comfortable bed, ok for me with back issues. Shower is low pressure but adequate and good temperature. No shower caddy/ spot to put soap shampoo etc. Breakfast was nice, food and coffee served at the table by two lovely ladies with plates with small salami/ham/cheese sandwiches/pastries/cake/ bread, yoghurt.
