The bed was super comfortable. Staff at the reception were absolutely amazing. They helped us with everything. The train was walking distance that made it perfect. The breakfast was also beautiful. Really enjoyed our stay.

lovely staff, on the reception, couldn't be more helpful. The room was comfortable, but nothing special. There was a lift that worked, which was great, and could fit up to 6 people in it. Fully manned reception which is good, lots of nice sitting areas, The train station is a bit away and I don't think you could walk it if you had large bags, but good if you want to use the hotel as a base to go to other towns by train nearby

From check-in to check out, everything at this Hotel was great. The Staff really make you feel so welcome. Great Breakfast selection to help you start your day and the staff go above and beyond to accommodate any requests. The rooms are spacious and a very comfortable bed. Very nice ensuite bathroom. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Breakfast is very good, with a variety of options for you. To Verona old town, you can take No. 41 bus, bus stop is around 2 mins walks from the hotel. It takes around 10 minutes to old town, also can buy bus ticket from hotel reception. Also, hotel offers regular shuttle bus to Verona old town per hour.

Nice suspended TV, pleasant shower water pressure, it was a good thing to have a big window in the bathroom, the pillows were two and comfortable, the furniture was new, the room was tidy and clean, parking in the front of the hotel

Everything was fine, and the room was very clean and comfortable. The hotel staff were friendly and accommodating, making our stay pleasant overall. However, the only downside was the loud music from a nearby nightclub that we could hear when we went to sleep. This was somewhat disruptive to our rest. We stayed over the weekend, so it might not be as noisy during the week. Despite this issue, we enjoyed our time at the hotel and appreciated its convenient location.
