Staff at the hotel were very nice. There was a van to take us from the hotel to the apartment. We had breakfast on our own, so didn't try the hotel breakfast. The location was fantastic, both of the hotel and the apartments where we stayed.

The location was perfect to walk anyone within central Verona, and only 15 minutes walk from the train station. The continental breakfast was a plentiful bounty to fuel you every morning, The rooms were clean, and cleaned every day with fresh towels and the bed made up. The staff were friendly and helpful, even prior to the trip helping with airport transfers. The room was spacious and comfortable, with reasonable sized ensuite shower room.

We had an apartment just by the river - not in the main hotel. There were five of us and the apartment worked well. The reception staff were lovely and helpful.
