Everything was amazing. The stuff was incredible, very polite and friendly. The room was super clean, the location was great! They even send me a text message because i forgot something in my room. Honestly i can't wait to be back!

Very centrally located near the old town and arena. Bell boy had really excellent service. He took our luggage from the car and brought them up to our room while we were still checking in, before valeting our car to their garage. Receptionist was friendly and she upgraded us to a family room. Room was nice and warm in winter.

Great location right beside the arena and in easy walking distance from the historical centre. Also in walking distance from the train station. A multitude of good restaurants nearby. Very clean and quiet room with a comfortable spacious bathroom. Great breakfast buffet. Above all exceptionally friendly and helpful reception staff.

The location was the wonderful so close to everything you need. Wonderful if you are going to the Opera. Large rooms . Friendly & professional staff, nothing was too much trouble.
