The location was excellent and the staff were helpful and friendly. There were many seating areas in the hotel and the availability of tea, coffee and water in the beautiful sitting room was most welcome.

Location was central and close to all the main attractions. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and had something to suit everyone. And the staff were very friendly.

Central location. Room was spacious and clean, with plenty of towels supplied. As they still had the heating on even with this turned off, the room was stuffy. Hotel staff gave us a fan which helped. For breakfast there was a wide range of choice.
