The staff was so nice and helpful, very warming welcome, good introduction of the city and the must visit places as well as great recommendations for places to eat (one of the best dining experiences in Italy so far, thanks to the Giusti tips). Apartment is very fashionable and has all you need for a pleasant stay

Very friendly staff! The room was as expected, really nice with comfortable bed and quite spacious bathroom. It is a 10-15min walk from the city center. It was a really nice touch to offer bottles of water, coffee and tea bags.

Contact with reception was without any problem. All instructions how to come and check in hotel were clearly. Hotel was in calm area. For gustes of hotel parking was for dree. In room everything was comfortable and clean.

The bedrooms were big and great. Room was clean, the atmosphere was cozy and amazing! Heaters and showers were great! Well cleaned and the towels really comfy. The beds where comfy and allowed us a good rest. Coffee machine worked perfectly and the vanity kits were a plus! Shower gels and shampoo were a delight in the bath time.

Excellent accomodation in a very convenient location to explore the city of Verona. Staff on arrival was very friendly and extremely helpful. Room was exceptionally clean and great facilities with coffee maker, mini fridge which was replenished each day. Very enjoyable stay and would most definitely return and highly recommend to others.

The room is spacious and clean. Very confortable beds and pillows. Breakfast is simple but very good. A nice touch was the free water, juice and snacks for us. Also, they were very kind to let us check in a little earlier than planned

The location was excellent! Within walking distance of man attractions and bus stops were a 2 minute walk. (Get a Verona Card for free bus transportation and free access to many main attractions). The bed was comfortable and there was a daily cleaning service with fresh towels. The room was equipped with a small kitchenette area and it was stocked daily with complimentary milk, juice, yogurt, water and sweet and savory snacks! Also, for a small fee there was prosecco and beer! We really appreciated the included breakfast that was delivered to the room everyday. There was a choice between savory and sweet. We chose savory and it included eggs, meats, cheese bread and sometimes a fruit cup. A great way to start the day.

I work myself as a manager in 4star hotel, your place met all my expectations even exceed my expectations. Friendly staff, delicious breakfast, clean place. Bus stop just outside the hotel. If you want to reach the city centre by walk, it takes only 10 minutes. Thank you to all staff working in there - keep doing great work
