Amazing coffee machine and tea selection in the small communal area, all included in your room price and drinking water available 24/7. Lovely gesture to have a small selection of sweets in the room. Shared bathroom(s) exceptionally clean! Really helpful staff, offering a map and key attraction locations - because of this kind gesture I was able to put my phone away and explore Verona with a map in hand, an amazing experience.

Awesome accommodation very close to the historical center of Verona for a great price! The hosts were super kind. I forgot my earphones in the room and they let me know about it and allowed me to arrange a courier to pick them up and ship them back to me to my home country. I really appreciate their handling of this situation and I strongly recommend this place.

Very central to everything. I went to the wrong Cittadella address but they were very quick to respond. It was clean & tidy, everything for an easy one night stay. Fridge in the room was a plus.

Location was excellent! The single room was spacious and the bed was big and comfortable. Bathrooms were nice and clean, water and coffee dispencers were a nice bonus. All in all good experience. If you’re a light sleeper, bring earplugs.
