The staff! Very nice and friendly. The room was warm and the bed was confortable. Perfectly spotless clean ! All services and amenities were spot on.

Serena is an amazing host, she is very kind and she gives the best advices for the sightseeing as a local, and recommendations for restaurants that were perfect. we stayed in apartment which is very spacious, clean and very nice decorated. the location is perfect, everything is very close. we would definitely come back to this accommodation. :)

The welcome was superb and we were given a map with places to go and eat marked on. The location is absolutely superb and a 5 minute walk over a beautiful bridge into the city. There is also a beautiful walk up behind to the top of the hill were a incredible view of the city can be seen. I recommend a sunset walk!

There were five of us traveling and the ground floor apartment was big enough for all of us. The location is amazing, right next to the Ponte Pietra bridge, the Roman theater and the steps to Castel San Pietro, from where there is a magnificent view of the old town and the sunsets here are priceless.

The owner was really nice and helpful, she gave us good advices about where to go and eat. The breakfast was delicious, big and it has many Italian ingredients that you must try, the best cappuccino ever. The room was super clean, comfortable and beautiful. We totally recommend to stay there, we will go back.

The location was good for a few nights. Easy walk to some restaurants, funicular, hop on hop off bus and right next to Romano teatro. Big apartment.

Serena is a wonderful host - always on the end of the phone to help out. The B&B was lovely, full of character and comfy and well appointed. The location was perfect - a short walk into the centre across the bridge. Perfect for a short break.
