Central location; spacious room; big bathroom; tea and coffee-making facilities although some caffeine-free drinks would be good; big comfortable bed; mostly quiet and good shutters:curtains; space to relax.

The Location was very good! The Receptionist was very helpful and even provided us with recommendations for food places (for breakfast, snack and for dinner). The room was clean, comfortable and the shower had good hot water.

Excellent location. The room was clean and warm - that is not always the case in Italy in October. The breakfast was simple but still just what we needed. Very friendly service. Fridge in the room which is always nice.

Right in the heart of Verona, so really easy to access everything. The staff were relaxed but went the extra mile to accommodate. Beautiful building in an historical area.
