This is the friendliest ski hotel we have stayed at. My son and I traveled to visit Verbier and the whole experience was amazing. Clearly it always helps when there is loads of snow but the team at the hotel made our stay so incredibly special. I can’t recommend this hotel enough.

The apartment we stayed in had all necessary commodities and was very comfortable, nevertheless what impressed me the most was the service, the employees of the hotel were all super friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Really great experience!

Verbier is an absolutely beautiful place and this hotel was perfect for my daughter and I. We booked a suite and had a beautiful verander with The view of all views. It made the perfect backdrop to many selfies. The suite was beautiful and warm. Clean and cosy. We also used the spa which was also great. There is a bus stop just outside the hotel and shops near by. I'm vegan and was thrilled with a platter of vegan meat and cheese as part of my breakfast. Barbra on reception was especially helpful during our stay. Thank you. We also loved that our room had a smart tv. I would recommend this hotel to everyone
