Excellent breakfast. Good location and views. Staff upgraded our room without us asking which was lovely and ended up with balcony and view over the lake. Parking for motorbikes. Extra toiletries, nice touch. Staff very friendly

The location is very good ,close to everything you need ..it's better to be there with car But even without is good The people in the desk are nice.at the breakfast you have different kind of protein, bakery and fruits , they have juice and prosecco as well !

Excellent Hotel in the town centre of Verbania, close to the lake. Very comfortable rooms, nice view from the windows, everything is clean. Pleasant staff, easy check-in and check-out.

We liked everything! Location, area, atmosphere, breakfast. But the main advantage is the stuff! Thank you for your welcome, hospitality, professional approach, and kindness. They gave us better rooms, place for parking near the hotel, explanation. I travel a lot, so I can compare. One of the best or maybe the best stuff I have ever met! Thank you very very! Hope to be back.
