Lovely beach house, well kitted out with lots of home comforts, located in a lovely quiet spot overlooking paddocks, complete with kangaroos, and plenty of birdlife. Nice walk to the beach over sand dunes, and other walks nearby. Great spot to sit on the verandah and relax.

Beautiful views over fields, kangaroos grazing at dusk, bird’s nest on the veranda, well stocked kitchen, lots of DVDs and board games for rainy days, swing in the garden, comfortable beds and good heating in all rooms, clean home, great communication from owner.
