Amazing central location yet quite and peaceful apartment. Matteo was a great host giving us tips on restaurants, which were all excellent.

Close to the centre and St Mark's Square. Spacious enough, the bedrooms are nice and comfortable. Easy communication with the host . Thank you for the coffee and a bottle of water. It’s nice.

The location of the apartment was amazing, very close to San Marco, Carla our contact was wonderful, very welcoming, and ready to answer all of our questions! We had a wonderful stay, and would like to book this apartment again next time we visit Venice ! <3

The location is perfect, you can reach San Marco Square in 30 seconds. Carla is an incredible detail. sweet and helpful, the room is spotless, it smells of detergent even at the entrance of the apartment, it is much comfortable and safer than most of 4-5 star hotels. We felt like at home. I recommend it to everyone.

The host went above and beyond making it easy for us. Her correspondence was excellent. The location was superb. A 2 minute walk to St Marco Square. We had 2 elderly family members who were able to see everything they wanted without having to walk too far. Shops, restaurants, history, canals.
