The apartment was very well equipped, it was recently renovated, the furniture and vessels were new. The location was very good, around 8 minutes walk to the San Marco piazzeta.

Has everything you need. If there isn’t, just message the host - given how friendly she was, I’m sure she’d try her best to accommodate (within reason)

Very close to Rialto and shopping streets. Communication with host was quite easy. They also allowed us to checkout a bit late and let us keep our luggage for some additional hours.

We opted for the 2 bedroom maisonette which is split level across 3 floors. 1st floor has kitchen and small dining area, 2nd floor has sitting, 1 bedroom and a large bathroom and top floor has another bedroom. We loved this place, location was extremely convenient to the vaporetto stop, good links to the airport and the train station, short walk to the shopping area, local markets, Rialto bridge and San Marco. Morena was absolutely amazing in her communication and responded promptly to all of our questions regarding our commute, bus lines etc. and was ever so helpful. Sonia welcomed us at the water bus stop and escorted us to the premises where she explained everything thoroughly. She had printed out maps for local attractions, restaurant recommendations, supermarkets etc. and patiently answered all of our questions. There was also a folder with detailed information of everything important to refer to. The house was spotless and we were provided with all the essentials as mentioned in the booking. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and will definitely recommend this place to everyone. One of the most organised places we have been to and it makes all the difference when visiting a new and unknown place. Thank you Morena and Sonia for your 5* hospitality.
