I booked the "suite" for the night. It's huge, has a very comfortable sofa and an enormous bed. The location is excellent. It's very quiet, not far from Monumento a Vittorio Emanuele II / San Zaccharia waterbus stop or the Rialto bridge and it's on the edge of an area where many Venetians live, so not that many tourists about. I loved the atmosphere in Campo Maria della Formosa which is just round the corner. A great place to stay.

A really wow property, we absolutely loved it. When our host opened the windows in the main bedroom overlooking the canal it was beautiful and couldn't be more Venice! The location is perfect so close to all the main sites but far enough away to be quiet. The family room we had was spacious, with a large bathroom, very clean. There are lots of stairs going up, but did see a stair lift which assume can use if need to. Sadly we were only there one night at the end of our trip, but instead of going to a restaurant we brought some cheeses and meats from supermarket and enjoyed the view from window with lovely glass of wine!.

It was very quiet and we walked everywhere. The host were amazing and allowed us to check in a bit earlier as we arrived on a very early flight. Was nice to leave our suitcases and go and explore immediately.

The location was fantastic, the staff were incredible and the suite was perfect for a family trip with lots of room to lounge and relax after long days walking. Would love to stay again!
