The apartment exceeded our expectations. Very cosy, well equipped, very quiet. Close to supermarket and vegetable/fruit shop. Close to vaporetto stations. Walking distance to all main attractions. Very friendly and welcoming staff.

Great location in a good part of Venice, convenient yet quiet. Good to have a lift for our heavy luggage. Very small kitchen, and one small lounge but we were just 2 so it was fine. Smallish balcony area but plenty of room for 2-4. Good washing machine, handy and good to have a clothes dryer to hang the clothes on.

A beautiful apartment in an amazing location. Tatiana was super prompt with our queries & always on hand to help. She had lots of recommendations for bars, restaurants & tours. We were very happy with the service.
