Good place near the Doge's Palace and all mane attractions. Comfortable and warm room. We had good communication with a manager and happy with our stay.

Great place for a Biennale visit, very quiet though. Lovely bed, nice furniture, warm and cosy, clean and friendly. Shared bathroom was no problem for me, you cannot cook but use the microwave oven and boil water for tea outside the room. Check-in was easy, good communication via whats-app.

The location was fantastic! Being located right in the heart of Venice meant that exploring the city could be done instantaneously. The place was very cosy and catered for all our needs. Most of all, the staff were very helpful and friendly, giving clear direction to the office and accommodation, and were very prompt in replying to correspondence. I am so glad I decided to book this accommodation for our stay in Venice. Great value for money!

The room was very clean and neat, same with the shared bathroom. Communication from staff about checking in etc was excellent. They also alerted me to a public transport strike happening on the day of my departure, which I wouldn’t have known about without them telling me. I was specially in Venice to visit the Biennale and the location is perfect for this!
