The staff were very knowledgeable and helpful - Enrico and Mario in particular were great! I only had breakfast once in 4 days as preferred to eat out but there seemed to be plenty of choice. The location of the property was very central and perfect for exploring the city

Location was ideal, everything is within walking distance. Room was a good size, and hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Overall was an amazing trip and would definitely go back.

Efficient and easy check in, being shown to my room and assisted with suitcase - such a warren that I may not have found my own way. Always helpful and smiling staff on reception to answer any questions and direct me to the breakfast room. Brisk service in the breakfast room, buffet being constantly replaced and tables cleared and cleaned very quickly. The hotel is in a lovely quiet square almost adjacent to the water bus stop - but thankfully less congested and busy. It's only a ten minute walk to St Marks Square and there was a canal outside my bedroom window. Comfortable lounge area to read or wait, flavoured water, cooled water and ice, shoe shining machines (!) on every floor. Kettle in room and complimentary bottles of water in the fridge.
