Excellent hotel. Close to train station and taxi ports for ease in movement around the canals. Wonderful host who gave us a personalised map of the best sites for our short stay. Comfortable and good breakfast. Would recommend!

This hotel was excellent. Brilliant location. Clean and comfortable rooms. Lovely breakfast in great surroundings. Lovely staff who were welcoming, cheerful and very helpful. We have stayed in Venice many times and will definitely stay in this hotel again.

Our 3rd stay here. This hotel consistently delivers high standards of service, and its location, close to St. Lucia station, is ideal. Staff set this hotel apart. All interactions were polite, friendly, professional and demonstrated complete commitment to guest experience. Our room was quiet, large, well-designed and furnished to a high standard. Temperature was easy to control. Beds very comfortable. Breakfast was fresh and with various continental options and some hot choices available. Restaurant service attentive and genuine. Hoping this won't be our last stay at this fabulous hotel.

The staff were 5 star all the way. Nothing was too much trouble and they were very friendly and courteous. Reception was welcoming and always available for information and extras. The breakfast was very nice with scrambled eggs, bacon and sausage along with cereal and continental style offerings (panna cotta was very nice) and lots of very nice coffee. For our room (upstairs in the no lift section) they took our luggage up to our room for us. ALSO no steps to get from the railway station to the hotel! Definitely will stay there again if we get back to Venice.
