we got an upgrade to a suite and it was huge room. although not much of a view but the room was big and beautiful. The on-site restaurant Gio’s was an amazing location by the river. service was excellent.

EVERYTHING! We were there on our honeymoon and were given little extras that made the stay extra special and memorable. Also, the staff were really lovely and the decor was very nice. I would definitely stay there again.

Hotel very beautiful & chic in a strategic position and with a direct view on the Canal Grande. all the experience was amazing, from the Butler service to the Reception, from the Concierge to the waiters and barmans. Our room was clean and comfortable. Lunch/dinner overlooking the Gran Canal is priceless. Highly recommended, I will go back soon!
