Great location made it easy to get everywhere. Right on the canal gave it a luxurious feeling. Built sometime in 1500’s it has been modernised sympathetically.

We stayed for only one night but were pleasantly surprised with a room upgrade to a lovely suite. Very comfortable space, good bathroom and comfy bed. Right on one of the canals 😍

It is a spacious apartment with a beautiful view towards Venice channels situated very well - on one hand not far from Rialto and the touristic heart of Venice, on the other hand not exactly in the tourist hustle and bustle and providing more authentic Venice atmosphere.

The room was quite spacious and had everything we needed. And we had a view out to the canal and the peaceful parade of gondolas passing by. Also, we had our own private bridge to our door.

Location is perfect.. Feeling from movie. Next to doors is great morning caffe.. and next that cafe is great restaurant. Exelent food.

The staff was super nice, we even got a bigger room as we booked and had two double beds for two. The neighbourhood is also very nice and walkable distance from the main station and all the sights. We could check-in early and could leave our bags the next day until we departed from Venice.
