The position of the hotel directly on the Grand canal is unbeatable. The hotel is not too big which means you will not be over run with other people. The brealfast was bery good,and if ypu are lucky ypu can sit outside on the terrace and enjoy all the movement on the Canal.

The staff were exceptional -- housekeepers, restaurant staff, the front desk, the concierges and the bellboys -- all were extremely helpful, personable and made the visit extra pleasurable.

Food was incredible, the dinner was exquisite and for anyone staying please experience the dinner and service. I had the privilidge of watching a spectacular sunset while drinking the hotels own cocktail which was delicious. Staff are wonderful and kind, very professional . Thank you the hotel made my first visit to Venice perfect.

It is modern I prefer to be on the other side of the canal Some of the rooms are very small and although I got a canal view it did not have a bath

Very warm friendly staff. Extremely helpful too when a case didnt arrive, they collected from the airport. Beautiful courtyard too and excellent service in all areas.
