Great location, clean and comfortable with large rooms with nice decoration. Ideal for family stay. Crib and baby chair was prepared. Pile of coffee and tea were provided and cups and saucers and all plates are very pretty. Serena was very nice and caring with quick reply, gave us rate check out since it was no guests coming in the following date. One of the best experiences. Will come back.

Beautiful, comfortable and clean apartment, very good location. The hostess was very friendly and helpful. The kitchen was modern with beautiful dishes and glasses, with coffee machine, coffee tablets and tea, and we even find a bottle of wine left for us. The beds were very comfortable and bed-clothes were a good quality. It was a pleasure to come back to the apartment to relax afterwards.

Location was very central to St Marks as expected so easy access to restaurants, gelato shops, the water taxi etc. Well appointed large apartment. Serena the host was very patient as our flight was delayed and very responsive by phone. The welcome bottle of wine and biscuits was a lovely touch. Lovely smelling soap and shampoo, towels, washing liquids all provided which made life easier. The sheets and beds were wonderful.

Lovely traditional house in Venice. Host was great. Contacted us before, and during holiday to ensure we were getting on ok. Property is 5 mins from Aliluguna water bus stop from airport and just 1 minute walk to the water bus stop for getting around Venice. 15 minute walk to Rialto bridge and 15 minute walk to St Marks square. Very clean and everything you need is there. Free WiFi. Nice and quiet in the evenings and at night. Area felt very safe walking. We were 3 ladies and felt safe walking home late at night.

Excellent location, great view of busy street below from large opening windows. Big bedrooms. Great air conditioning.
