Fantastic room and hotel in all aspects - located in not so touristic area but perfect to start exploring the city, super friendly & helpful personnel, very clean & spacious rooms and nice breakfast. We definitely recommend and would for sure come back in case of a future visit to Venice.

The staaf is extremely welcoming. The smaal hotel and the rooms are very tidy and tasteful. The outdoor terrace is also nice, but not in use in the first week of January :) The hotel is in more residential area so not overcrowded en 10min walk from StMarce square

This hotel was much more than we expected when we booked it. Everything was excellent: friendly and knowledgable staff, tasty breakfasts, spotless rooms, nice decor and a very comfortable bed. My husband and I were mostly sick during our stay and the staff went out of their way to help us and made our stay unforgetable. We will definetely come back there.

Martina was absolutely great and greeted us kindly with a lot of information on what to do in Venice. She helped me on my quest to find the best ice cream and with restaurant reservations. All staff were friendly and joyful as well as helpful. We truly felt at home and would come back anytime. The location was perfect to walk around and the hotel very quiet and comfortable. We loved it!
