Please let San Polo Star know your preferred check-in time between 16-19 o'clock at least 2 days in advance as there is no 24-hour reception. All late check-in (after 19 o'clock) requests are subject to approval and confirmation by the property before the booking is made (use the contact the property functionality). For check-in between 19 o'clock and 20 o'clock there is an additional fee of 15€. For check-in between 20 o'clock and 21 o'clock there is an additional fee of 30€. Check-in after 21 o'clock are not possible even by paying a supplement. The late check-in fee has to be paid in advance by using a payment link or a QR code provided by the accommodation. All guests must be present at the check-in. Please note that air conditioning is available from 01 June until 15 September (fee applies). From April to the end of September Alloggi San Polo Star offers an Italian breakfast at the cost of 10,00€ per person per day.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. In Venice everyone speaks english yet at the check-in the lady warmly welcomed us and explained everything to us in simple, slow and easily understandable Italian. She also just treated us nicely from the very first moment on. We really loved that and immediately felt welcome as guests. The room was spacious and clean, the bed comfortable and there was always warm water for a shower. Location is also good, there are multiple places to eat and drink within walking distance. Great restaurants such as the Hostaria Osottoosopra are nearby. Additional bonus: it’s within walking distance of the bus terminal and you don’t need to ride a boat to get there.

The staff were really helpful and friendly. Allowed us to leave our bags in lobby for the day after we checked out. They also gave us great info of where to eat and what to see. Breaky included was nice. Staff were very friendly when serving breakfast. Room was clean and in a good location.

On the first day we were warmly welcomed, room was clean and in the morning we received cappuccino despite both having breakfast option. So kind!
