Beautiful property in a perfect location, just a short walk from the station. Friendly host, great communication and clear directions. Large, clean room. Very comfortable bed. Would definitely stay again. Highly recommended!

Great room in a quiet street but very central. The room was nice, clean and big enough. The bed was great! Shared bathroom as it used to be a family appartment. Davide and his mother are super nice. They made me feel very welcome.

Friendly owners, very responsive. Apartment is in a good location (close to train station, supermarket and water taxi) with decent facilities. Good breakfast included.

The location is excellent, near the train station (5 minutes by walk). The room was big, enough for 4 people.

The host was very easy to communicate with & the best, easiest instructions were given for finding the place. Great location, very quiet area compared with peak tourist locations in Venice- it was nice to escape the crowds and retreat at the end of the day. The host’s mamma (born & raised Venetian) arrived every morning to provide breakfast for everyone- she was an absolute gem and really made the experience special as she added life to the place. Without her I wouldn’t have enjoyed it so much.
