This is an amazing apartment which has every amenity you could think of! The beds are super comfy, the living area is spacious, and the fully equipped kitchen is an added bonus. Stefania was really helpful and answered my questions quickly. The location is fantastic, with everything in walking distance. If you are looking for an apartment which is extremely close to all the major attractions, at an amazing price, then I would highly recommend you book here.

The apartment is wonderfully situated, very close to San Marco and to the Grand Canal. It was very quiet (though it was the middle of November) and cosy and more spacious than I expected. The kitchen was equipped with everything you could possibly need. I felt very comfortable and at home and would return to this apartment without hesitation.

Our apartment was very easy to find from Giglio water bus stop - one way ticket from bay 12 at the airport cost €15 per person. Our host provided clear instructions on key collection from a hotel which was just at the end of the laneway from the water bus, as yiu enter the square on your left. After that you have only one bridge of steps to navigate! The ground floor entry has 3 steps, then one flight of steps to the front door (pretty good for Venice)! It was well equipped, very clean and comfortable. Comfy double bed with one sofa bed, in a spacious bedroom allowed 3 of us to fit easily. . Large bathroom, kitchen, dining table, chairs, and a lounge chair. TV in the bedroom allowed you to connect your personal account to Netflix, etc. The location was no longer than 10 mins walk to St Mark's Square, with a few steps and bridges to navigate. On the way, there were lots of boutique and designer shops, including Jimmy Choo, Prada, etc. There is a gondola boat point just 2 mins away - we were fortunate to get Marco, a young 28 year old man, who spoke excellent English and told us loads about Venice. Highly recommended if you can find him! Just be aware that St Mark's Square floods about 100 days a year around midday, and you need boots to walk through it. It's very funny seeing waiters with Wellington Boots on! Loved the shopping!< Water bus pass for 1 day is €25, we managed to include Murano. Water bus from Giglio to the train station was €9.5 one way. Highly recommended.
