Everything was comfortable and organized. Our room was small but beautiful. The bed was clean and warm. We especially grateful for a welcoming atmosphere and kind staff. The breakfast has a good variety of products ( gluten free as well).

Great location, amazing historical building and very comfortable rooms right in the center of Venice, walking distance to san marco and Rialto. the staff was very professional and helpful to get a taxi boat back to the airport. great breakfast. Palazzo ruzzini was a key part of our unforgettable stay in Venice; We will come back !

This is a fantastic hotel in a great location for exploring. It’s a water taxi ride away from the station or you can walk but it’s a 20 minute walk over lots of bridges. The hotel has its own ‘dock’ so that you can arrive and leave by water taxi if you wish. Bedrooms were well air conditioned, clean and comfortable. The staff were amazing, helpful and friendly. I would hesitate to return to this hotel in the future.

Fabulous hotel in a great location. The hotel also organised a boat trip on a lovely private taxi covering the canal of Venice and dropping us off across the water at Giudecca. It was a really nice touch and well worth the money as it made our holiday special.

The Ruzzini is a beautiful original building set in a quiet piazza yet still is very handy to Piazza San Marco. We booked a room over looking the canal which didn’t disappoint. The staff are wonderful , very friendly and nothing is too much trouble. Photo below is from the lobby balcony where we had drinks on a couple of nights. Lovely spot.

Superb in all aspects: quiet less busy location but close to walk to St Mark’s. Staff so helpful, friendly and attentive without being intrusive; anything we asked for they sorted immediately including transfer to the airport collected at the hotel entrance. The junior suite overlooking the canal and standing on the balcony was just perfect. Clean with lovely bathroom and copious hot water. One of the best stays we’ve had. Highly recommend staying in this ‘Palace’ hotel.
