Decent location, close to the main train station. A nice local part of Venice. Supermarket and a couple places to eat were not too far away. Bathroom was clean and so was the room.

So close to the train station and great if you need something close with little kids. It is away from the crowds with cute views and right by the water transportation for convenience. Staff was lovely and very easy checkin process.

The beds were comfortable and the room was large and clean and we had a good night's sleep. The air conditioning was basic (the tube kept falling out the back of the unit) but it worked. The shared bathroom was good quality and clean. The location was good, about 10mins walk from the train station (including steps over the river- we carried our bags but there are porters available). We were able to drop our bags off early and leave them after we had checked out which was very helpful. The owner answered my questions about this in advance.
