The place was super for a family of 5. The map misleaded us and we wasted an hour walking to the wrong direction. The staff was super friendly and supportive.

Lovely spacious room, airy and in a clean modern style, and excellent value for money for Venice. In a quieter less touristy but beautiful part of Venice. On a very nice small piazza and was an easy walk from the train station.

Very helpfull Staff. Great location! It is a simple nice Hotel,very clean! We ordered a room with 2 single Beds of the Economy room. One day before arriving we received a message this room we can't provide you with 2 Single beds. I emailed them back that under booking.com chat we received the conformation. On the way to Venice we received the Conformation they prepared us a room with 2 single beds. On Booking.com it has to be more clearer which rooms can provide with 2 single beds! Would go back again!!!!

We paid extra for the breakfast but it was worth it. The pastries were delicious, the staff was very attentive to our needs, and the food was very fresh. The room was clean and perfect for our needs. We really enjoyed staying in the Jewish Ghetto area. It was close to everything but you didn't feel the crowds.
