Location was amazing, so close to so many attractions. Staff were so lovely and accomodating. Breakfast in bed was delicious, we were stuffed!! We were so happy with the stay! Also, A/C was incredible after a day of sightseeing!

The location was excellent, very central, very quiet and easily walkable to all the main sites or to the vaporetto stops. We loved having breakfast delivered to our room each morning and what a fabulous breakfast it was too, delivered by a charming lady!

The owners were amazing. Their communication was amazing and their directions were perfect. They were always avaliable to answer any questions and they always answered very quickly. Breakfast was amazing... lots of it...at a time we wanted and the complimentary mini bar was a lovely little touch. They also helped carry the bags down the stairs for us. Nothing was too much trouble. The room was small but cosy with lovely decorations all fitting in perfect with venice. I shouldn't imagine anywhere has large rooms! So for the size I think they have got them really well organised. The location was absolutely perfect very central. Plenty of signs on arrival explaining the city tax. Absolutely loved our little stay here ❤️

Perfect. The staff were exceptional - they sent us detailed instructions on how to find the property from the train. When we arrived they helped us up the stairs with our bags and offered us a bottle of Prosecco. The rooms were very comfortable - had AC, a comfortable bed, very quiet and a great shower. Light breakfast delivered each morning at your preferred time (you do so much eating at lunch and dinner that a light meal is great). The location was fabulous.

The room was lovely in accordance with the style of an old building. The breakfast was AMAZING. The location worked perfectly for us as it is a few hundred meters in between Rialto bridge and Piazza St. Mark. Great for access and for sightseeing.

Gorgeously ornate room in a good spot in Venice. Host was very helpful with checkin instructions and very communicative. Breakfast delivered to the bedroom which was cute and aircon in the room was a blessing. Also a wee fridge which was unexpected and very welcomed!
