Very beautiful rooms and the location is amazing, as it’s located in the center of Venice, there are lots of bars and stores and shops nearby.

The morning staff were friendly, helpful & attentive. The bed was comfortable & firm just the way I like. Bathroom is nicely done, clean & spacious, the room was large & decorated as per description on their website. The after staff a lovely lady helped carry my luggage down the 2 flight of stairs. I was extremely appreciative of her help.

Unfortunately when I booked the hotel stated breakfast included but when we got there they advised us that they never had breakfast included in the reservation.

The location is fabulous. Right in the middle of everything. Easy to find . 2mins from rialto Bridge & 5 mins from St Marks Square.

The hotel is perfectly located in the city center, 5min from Rialto station and 5min from San Marco square. The room is spacious and looks exactly like on the photos - luxurious royal style :) It has everything you need, including a tea kettle
