+ Great location: 4 minutes to Piazza San Marco (where all the touristic things are going on), 5 seconds to the fancy shopping street "Calle Larga XXII Marzo", easy walking to Rialto Bridge and Accademia Bridge. + Friendly staff: They helped us whenever we have a question, before and during our stay. They gave us tips on how to reach out to hotel and airport. + Very clean rooms + Comfy beds: with new white clean bed sheets + Comfy shower + Hand soap & shower gel: good quality and smell nice

The room comes with a private bathroom. The bed linens and towels are spotlessly clean and replaced daily. The location is incredibly central, making it very convenient. You can reach the property directly from the airport via a single waterbus ride, with the stop being very close to the room.

The room is great and very comfortable. When you arrive at Santa Lucia station, take the vaporetto to the San Marco or Santa Maria Del Giglio terminal. From there it is a 4 to 6 minute walk. The accommodation is close to Piazza San Marco, a 6-minute walk away.

The location was perfect. The staff were very nice and helpful, even before we arrived helping us with directions from the airport. The room was very comfortable and we had the ground floor which was a bonus for our suitcases. Reception kept our luggage before check in and after check out for no extra cost.

Fantastic location in the middle of the luxury shopping area. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable. The staff at the Hotel dell‘Opera where the check-in/out took place were very friendly and offered explanations of the area.

The location is superb, very close to St Marks Square. Restaurants are nearby. The vapporetto is only few minutes away.
