We had an incredible time at the property. Rodolfo and the Breakfast lady from Ukraine were incredibly helpful and kind. Location was great too.

Very spacious room , lovely breakfasts and very pleasant and helpful staff. Lots of nice touches in room to make you feel welcome and very comfy bed. Close to a vaporetto station and good restaurants nearby. Easy walk to St Mark’s Square.

The location was perfect - quiet street but still close restaurants, shops and public transport. The breakfast was very good. The room was clean and the decoration was beautiful. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
