Residence was exaclty as per photos. In the heart of Venice. Barbara and rest team were very helpfull through whatsap and answered in the blink of an eye to all requests.

The hotel is ideally located in the hub of Venice. Lara, the host, was so friendly and helpful. She was hugely accommodating with our check-in, said we could message any time with any queries. Early check-in and late check-out were organised without additional fee. Overall wonderful experience - mostly in part to the host!

Location was amazing. The living room windows opened onto square which was superb. Staff were friendly and helpful. Checkin instructions and communication very good.
