This was the most beautiful room, with views of the gondolas, in the most perfect location. A very friendly lady greeted us and showed us around, it was well well-equipped and clean. 11 out of 10!

Beautiful old building. Very spacious and clean 2 bedroom/ 2 bathroom apartment with kitchen and laundry with washer and dryer. Apartment cleaned daily. We had beautiful view of a canal. Very close to Rialto bridge and St. Marks square yet very peaceful location. Staff extremely helpful and kind. Nothing was too much trouble. Would highly recommend and would happily stay here again. If you have issues with stairs this would not be the place for you as no lift.

Very spacious and comfortable stay, well equipped with a kitchenette, washer / dryer. Location is just a short stroll from the Rialto, which makes it convenient as a home base to visit Venice. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful as well. Overall, made for a wonderful experience.
