Location! Right on the Grand Canal. Able to walk everywhere. Beautiful accommodation. Large room and large bathroom with a spa bath. Stunning decor. Views from the windows looking out over the canal. Super friendly and professional staff. Fantastic breakfast each morning in their restaurant.

Definitely old world charm which was consistent throughout. Yes it is an older hotel. Some of the light fittings and charging ports could have been reviewed and working a little more efficiently. However considering the age and location of the hotel it was okay we had enough of what we needed.

Closeness to vaporetto stop. Easy walking distance to most of main sights. Rooms nice, clean and comfortable. Breakfast good. Staff very helpful and polite

Venue had the lovely traditional Venice decor was well positioned in Grand Cannel with water taxi stop out front. Good breakfast and barista coffee. Our room had heated bathroom floors and lovely Juliette balcony looking over the courtyard.

What a wonderful place to stay. We had a canal view room (booked early) and were not let down. Location is fantastic as it is right on the #1 Vaporetto stop. Well situated for getting out and exploring and walking.Rooms good size and had that Venetian charm. We had a wonderful stay . You won’t be disappointed

Location is ideal, the suite room is beautiful, spacious with grand canal view. Every morning we are woken up by birds singing, and slept so well on comfy bed. Staff are all very warm and friendly. Thanks for everything.

Hotel was conveniently located just across the Ca D'Oro vaporetto Stop. Easy transportation through the Grand Canal connections. Room was of average size, some wooden furniture were broken or dysfunctional, but otherwise Bedding and Bathroom were good. Breakfast was average, some of the local products were really distinctive while the waiters were very kind and fast
