Very friendly and helpful staff, got upgraded to a beautiful, spacious room with a very comfortable bed. Was offered free breakfast due to an issue (my mistake) with my reservation and was also given a bottle of Prosecco. Couldn’t have been any better! Very central and close to main attractions and San Marco ferry stop. Sumptuous breakfast with plenty of choice for all tastes

The hotel is has a fantastic location and the rooms have excellent fittings details where everything works from shower to soap to bed to door. chandeliers are fantastic too. well done to the group of priuli collection maintaining the heritage from Venice but making it excellent service for visitors. look forward seeing you again. greetings Theo

MY FAVORITE SPOT EVERYTIME I RETURN TO VENICE. Location is perfect, Staff super kind, a particular thanks to Giovanna and Guido always available for any need. Room is very spacious and very clean. Bed great comfort.

The staff were so friendly and arranged my transfers from the airport to the hotel and at the end of my stay from the hotel to the train station. It all ran really smoothly. The room was large, clean, and well decorated. Breakfast was great. Location was great.
