Very atmospheric pallazzo, very clean, comfortable and quiet. The staff were extremely efficient, helpful and friendly. The buffet breakfast is exceptional and again the staff could not have been more welcoming and quick to serve us. The hotel is located in a quiet square, but within very easy walking distance of the Accademia etc. Extremely good value for money.

Fantastic location and very friendly staff. We were upgraded to a Junior Suite which was a lovely gesture but with one downside as seen below.

We stayed in the apartment owned by the hotel, it included its own steam room which wasn’t in the description of the apartment upon booking which was a huge win and a fantastic feature. The staff were excellent and finally the location couldn’t be better for first timers in Venice.

Amazing location, our apartment had a balcony overlooking a bustling but not too-busy piazza. The apartment was beautiful, had a lovely period feel to it, but was very comfortable and had all the mod cons. Great shower too!! The price was reasonable for our stay, the place was very clean & well equipped, the receptionists at arrival and departure were so friendly and professional. The bell boy was very good also.
