It's location is close to the bus terminal, just 2 bridges to cross with luggage. Historic building, nice canal view from the window. Properly functioning heating in the room. Good breakfast. Nice and welcoming staff.

Beautiful located palazzo close to the train station next to a quiet canal. Very welcoming and helpful staff. Building, foyer and court have a wonderful ancient charme

Location was fantastic, out of the immediate centre but easy enough to walk to everywhere and really close to the bus station, so no need to lug heavy bags round venice after/before travelling. Staff were lovely, really friendly and helped with restaurant recommendations etc. Breakfast had a great choice and set us up well for the day. Room was clean and bed was comfortable.

So full of character and history. Surrounded by lots of inexpensive bars and restaurants. Close to bus and train stations. Great view from room. Nice breakfast buffet.

Our holiday was very nice. The location of the hotel and the behavior of the hotel staff were also very nice. They welcomed us with a smile and treated us with a smile. The hotel was clean and the fact that I initially set the dates wrong and hotel personel solved the problem accordingly, helped us arrange a transfer from TSF airport and our arrival-departure were easy was an extra comfort for us. Thank them very much. If I visit Venice again, I will definitely stay again at this hotel.
