Beautiful room with high ceiling, murano glass chandelier, stunning canal view and magical atmosphere conveys the spirit of Venice. Warm and cosy.

The staff is extremely helpful and kind. Location is fantastic; within 20 min. walking distance from the train station and very close to Rialto Bridge The rooms are immaculately clean and located in a historic Palazzo which is tucked away in one of the narrow side streets adjacent the canals. I especially loved the classic Venetian decor.

It was a great location, overlooking the grand canal. Great location shop wise too etc. The room was spacious and bed was very comfortable. We had to check in at another hotel and pick up the keys. The staff member was very friendly, showing us things to do and see in Venice.

Lovely traditional property in a quiet area. Shop and restaurant close by. Check in at a different location but not a problem as clear instructions given for both.

Location is great and you can jump on the water bus from 2 stations that are nearby. Our room had a view of the canal and it was interesting to watch the gondolas pass by. There are some steep stairs to get to the property so keep that in mind. You can check in late by using a link from your phone without visiting the reception which is located at another property.

The staff were great and the views were out simple the best. We were upgraded to a main cannel room. That was pretty much the same view from the Venise Venise Hotel. Amazing valve

Great location, very close to the Rialti Bridge. Friendly staff, they were very responsive and willing to help us. We needed a late check in, so we received a link to an electronic key and also phone guidance when we arrived. Not a luxury palace, but a good value for the money we paid! Comfortable bed, large room, clean sheets, a great place to explore Venice.
