The hotel is a beautiful old Venetian mansion which has been converted. So the rooms are not linear but it creates the charm. Rooms were large and clean and had very comfortable beds and very nice bathrooms. Breakfast was substantial for Italy and staff were generally helpful. Location is 10 min walk to St Marks Square which is perfect to be a bit out and also only 3 min walk to the ferry.

Very nice old building - very nicely renovated. Rooms very comfortable. Gorgeous breakfast room and lovely breakfast. Lovely bar. Great location.

very nice hotel, quite central and good to reach. Staff was very friendly, and the service excellent. The breakfast room with the chandelier and the mirrors is very interesting, the breakfast itself a delight.
