The hotel was a gem in Venice, 3 minutes away from the main square but it was so quiet and off the tourist tracks. the staff was outstanding and very welcoming, the breakfast was served in the room and everything was tasty and hot. Thank you for wonderful stay in Venice! Will definitely stay there again if back.

Lovely staff, great breakfast, high quality products in the bathroom, excellent shower. Complimentary bottle of Prosecco was very welcome! Fresh fruit in the room.

Definitely will come back. The location is perfect. Close to the luxury brands and the most famous square. The colleagues are friendly. Room is a little bit small. The water transportation is very convenient, just two minutes walk to the ferry

Location, and, the customer service from all the staff was exceptionally good, friendly, helpful and well informed. The rooms are stylish, comfortable and exceptionally clean. A really great place to stay.

The location is great, right in the city centre, 2 minutes walk from the water bus stop with direct connection to the airport. The staff are absolutely fantastic and despite the number of tourists the deal with, they greet everyone with smile and are willing to help with everything they can. We were allowed to the room a bit earlier, and also we were allowed to keep luggage before check in and after check out. Breakfast is simple, but adequate and needs to be ordered the evening before with an option to have it in the room.

Lovely hotel. We were welcomed with a complimentary bottle of Prosecco, bottles of water and a bowl of fresh fruit. Breakfast was good and delivered to the room. The location was excellent and only a short walk from the main attractions. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

Excellent locations. The room was far better than expected with great facilities including jacuzzi bathtub, mini bar (reasonably priced), TV that easily connected to Netflix, very large comfy bed and lots of closet space. The location was very central. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent and served to the room at no additional expense.
