It was great location, close to fiends’ accommodation. It is not in the centre but with a waterbus, everything is accessible. The room had its own outside door that was super comvenient to slip out to meet my friends. Had a great time and will be back.

We could walk everywhere. Close to restaurants and touristy areas. The breakfast was nice although it didn't change in 3 days.

The room was well cleaned every day. The bed was comfortable, they provided a welcome bottle of Prosecco, and at the end of the stay we could leave our baggage at the hotel during the day for free.

Breakfast was ideal. An excellent choice of food and drink, and eaten in a charming traditional dining area. Our room was very comfortable, with good facilities. We were very pleased with the location of the hotel, as it was quiet, but it was so close to a vaporetto station, and within easy access to the main walking routes. It was very helpful to have the storage facilities for our luggage before check-in, and after check-out.

Beautiful hotel. The room had lovely furniture. Some have been a bit negative in reviews, but we thought it was really comfortable. We were only there for one night, but the staff were friendly and helpful. The location is just out of the way, so it was very peaceful. However, we were able to wheel our luggage to Piazzale Roma comfortably in 20 minutes. (We are not so young, so that included slowly lugging it over the bridge between the train and bus stations).
