Excellent location on the Grand Canal next to the San Angelo vaporetto stop. Short walk ( 5-10 minutes) to Campo Santo Stefano and a range of good restaurants and bars. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Breakfast is extremely good, with a small range of hot food and a great variety cold plates, cereal and fresh fruit. December 2024 was our 6th stay at the property. Couldn't speak too highly of it.

Location and arrival. The staff are exceptional.. they arranged a flawless private transfer from Treviso airport for us at short notice. Arrive by water taxi for true Venice experience! The Prosecco welcome as we checked in was most welcome

Everything. But highlights: We had a great nights sleep, we enjoyed the view from our room, the shower was excellent! And we loved the little courtyard.

Large comfortable and very clean room with its own balcony and a view over the Grand Canal and to the Rialto Bridge. Excellent cold buffer breakfast with option of cooked eggs. Close to all the major sites and has its own jetty for water taxis and next to a water bus stop.

Staff Wer mainly v helpful. Hotel was basically a bed and breakfast…no lounge area restaurant or bar which was a disappointment. One lady over breakfast and the manager there were v unfriendly and not nice, unfortunately. But thankfully the staff on reception were more than helpful. The location of this hotel was fabulous…right beside a boat stop which we used all the time to get around. I bought a two day boat bus pass which was amazing 😉

Location was perfect. Easy to get to from airport and central to sites and Restaurants. Roof top bar & view was amazing. Nice touch getting a glass of Prosecco on arrival.
